At the very epicentre of one of the worlds most iconic and historic cities, Angels Share is a showcase and celebration of contemporary Scottish Culture. All of our bedrooms boast some of our favourite iconic Scots, actors, musicians & sportspeople alike. Each iconic in their own way, we celebrate them all equally as they have created their own history in Scotland. Whilst enjoying the history Edinburgh has to offer, we display the modern side of cool Scotland without the tartan carpets.
Our chefs serve the finest contemporary Scottish cuisine made from fresh local ingredients wherever possible. The a la carte menu includes a range of light bites as well as classic favourites to cater to all tastes. Along with our a la carte menu we also offer a range of buffet and sharer options to suit any occasion. Dining as a large group? Our carefully selected set menus are perfect for groups of 13 or more.
The Angels Share name itself refers to the small amount of alcohol that evaporates out of whisky barrels during fermentation. You’ll find a nod towards our whisky roots throughout our cocktail menu, plus an extended whisky list also being available from the bar. Other things to look out for are our delicious barrel aged cocktails, a personal selection of fantastic wines, Scottish craft beers, plus our perfect pour Ultimate gins. A little something for everyone!
